Owner
Jennifer Bullman-Jones
Jennifer's upbringing in Asheville and her extensive background in HVAC have shaped her career and personal life. Her father's journey in the industry began at Asheville Heating and Air when he was just 18 years old. Eventually, he started his own business in 1993, which grew to become one of the largest HVAC companies in WNC known as Bullman Heating & Air.
At the age of 12, Jennifer started working with her father in the office, gaining early exposure to the HVAC industry. After completing high school, she attended UNC Charlotte, where she met her husband, Chris. Following Chris's baseball career, Jennifer made the decision to return to Asheville and join her father's business. She trained under her dad and worked diligently for the family business.
In 2012, Jennifer's father retired, and she took on the responsibility of being the owner of the company. For a decade, she successfully managed and operated the business as an owner. However, in 2022, Jennifer was approached with an opportunity to sell the business. After almost 30 years of being involved in the family business, she decided it was time to pass the torch and pursue a new venture.
Jennifer made the choice to join her husband full-time and assist in running AVL Duct Scrubbers. This decision allowed her to combine her skills and experience in the HVAC industry with her dedication to supporting her husband's business. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, staying active through workouts, and embracing outdoor activities when the weather is warm. She also cherishes spending quality time with her two daughters.
